Rev. Mrs Ifejola Opara is an Anointed Minister of the Gospel, a Prophet Teacher who Ministers under the tangible anointing of the Holy Ghost. She is the Executive Director, Administration & Strategy in THE CORE Ministry where she is responsible for the day to day running of the Ministry as well as handling, executing Strategic goals for the Ministry. She has spent years mentoring and Coaching Young people and younger ladies to be effective leaders in whatever sector they serve.

Ifejola has been in the Management Consulting sector for years serving as the Principal Partner of RareVirtue Consulting, a leading Management Consulting firm headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. She has successfully trained Professionals and continues to train fresh graduates to be effective professionals & Leaders.

Passionate to restore faith in the Market place, she uses every available means to teach, train, coach, mentor the Young, Old, men and women while inspiring, bringing to fore greatness in them. She is also an author and content developer.

She holds a Masters degree in Business Management and is an Alumni of the prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy.
